1. Eligibility

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  • The product/service was defective or not as described.

  • A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Customized products, services rendered, and transport costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
